3 rounds of 1 on 1. Fit, Short Case study and technical questions. Lots of brain teasers and accounting questions. Probing personal motivation questions. Prepare an example of a time you failed and how you overcame the failure. Practice mental math and financial valuation questions.

Interviewed via Zoom with a VP on the team. Fairly straightforward interview - interviewer asked about my background, why I was interested in this specific group and had me dive deeper on a few bullets / deals on my resume in more detail.

Entretien
Met with the finance team to discuss the role. Very regular interview where they wanted to understand your background and how its applicable to the role. The feedback was to use more technical terms, and discuss fund structuring in more detail.
