In person interview with the supervisor and the team manager. Very smooth process. They asked standard questions like what do you see yourself in 5 years, describe yourself in 3 words etc...
I was interviewed by Aon and was informed of my selection. However, the offer letter was not extended to me due to my regional background. I find this decision highly concerning and not aligned with principles of fairness and equal opportunity

It was good and it was about 30 minutes overall process was good. Focuses on financial analysis questions and the background of candidate and educational qualification. Questions based on your previous work experience salary expectation introduction of the candidate
