I applied online. The process took 8 months. I interviewed at AON in Mar 2020 There were several stages of online assessments including verbal and numerical reasoning and a video interview consisting of 4-5 pre-recorded questions for which I was given two minutes to record an answer. I received an email saying that they liked my interview but there were so many good interviews that they were going to look at the best overall applications, and that everyone would be told of the outcome regardless of whether they have been selected to the next stage. I never heard back.
