Apply online and after waited for 2 weeks, received a invitation for online interview. The interview consists of 4 questions, with 1 minute to prepare and 2 minutes to answer.

Applied via Aon website, completed psychometric tests, and then was invited to the video interview. If I remember correctly, the software they used is hirevue. Pretty straightforward, two minutes for preparation and one minute for an answer
