Interview process consisted of one self recorded video interview and then another interview with a manager and director. After the interview it took about three weeks to receive the email saying I was not selected for the position

Easy and straightforward. It was only one interview with the hiring manager and a colleague. The best thing is to apply on the company's website and complete the questions asked.
