It is a very generic process, including an online assessment, a digital interview and in person interview. It was well structured and pretty smooth. Basically, they ask about your motivation and skills.
J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. J'ai passé un entretien chez Aon en sept. 2020
Entretien
Attended school presentation, emailed my resume/showed interested, once they decided that I was a fit they set up an interview about a week later (5 one-on-ones), and then I found out their decision two weeks later. The four one-on-ones were fairly easy going. They were to gage my previous experiences, why I might be a good fit, and tried to get a sense of my personality and how I might work on a team. They were more like conversations so you can let your guard down and show them that you're personable, but DON'T be too informal. The last interview was technical and dealt with financial and probability calculations to get a sense of my thought process and if I would seek help/ask questions.

Tell me about your experiences and why you think they'd help you succeed as an actuary.
The interviewer was nice and easy going. The process was smooth until they ghosted at the very end. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would love to apply again some other time.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Aon (New York, NY) en déc. 2024
Entretien
I applied a couple months before the interviews but once it started, the process was very smooth and quick. I had my first interview with someone from HR and heard back the very next week for a final round. Interviewed with the team for the final round and I heard back with an offer a day or two later. Mostly behavioral questions. Very smooth process.
