Multiple interviews, one of them is a video questionnaire that you answer while you are recorded and then if you pass that round you are invited to have a live video interview, then a phone interview, and then an in person interview. Intense process.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Will you relocate? Tell me about a time when you had a difficult decision to make on a work assignment.
First round interview is video interview. It is nice because it allows people to have unlimited prep time, and a certain number of retries. Less stress. Questions themselves are alright. Be prepared!

Entretien
submitted an application, did an online assessment, got selected for a video interview. Completed the video interview. Sadly never heard back from them, no rejection email no update. It happens but i wish they got back to me and said they weren't interested. Got ghosted like it was tinder.

Applied and they contact me the same day. Two interviews, the last one was a technical test. Questions were about risk management, climate-risk, and insurance things. It was around half and hour in total
