Entretien
Standard online tests. Followed by phone interview focusing on simple questions on background from any financial services firm. Technical knowledge not tested at this stage. Followed by whole day assessment centre. Comprised of individual and team tasks. Team leads would then interview individuals they like. Basic market/technical knowledge is key here.

Give a presentation on pension scheme hedging (to be prepared before the assessment day)
Online interview behavioral questions. Asked about your experience and how you would act in certain company situations. Also asked about your background and inclinations towards the company. Additionaly they asked about past work ex that can be helpful for the company
Three stages of interviews HR, followed by hiring manager, followed by a team fit interview with someone currently in the role that you are applying for. Mine were all virtual but I think this depends on the circumstances

Good but automated throughout, got through to assessment centre but did not receive a call to attend because too many applicants, there was also a large delay in the updates within rounds.
