The process lasted for 1.5 - 2 hours and included a 2-min self-introduction and 30 mins group discussion on a case study with 20 mins preparation. When I was doing my self-introduction, the staff was not listening to what I said compared to other candidates in which this was very rude to me. Lastly, they briefly introduced the programme as well as the company and you can ask any question at the end.

Whole process requires 2-3 months, it includes 5 stages. It may be different in different countries. Phone in, apt test(whole process camera open required), video in, assessment day (group in + final in)
