I applied for this job on the LinkedIn. The HR department sent an online IQ and Personality test with 200-300 questions... But I canceled to continue with them, because based on my work experience, companies with cheap and poor HR management and culture have these tests for employment process... and I'm not really OK with this culture...
I've an advice to you, don't spend time for these companies and apply for better one !!!

The first one was the HR interview, she asked really unnecessary questions... It was really boring and I was just await to finish the phone call !!
Then she sent an assessment but after 2-3 weeks they didn't send any feedback... I've added the HR in LinkedIn and asked her about feedback ! but she blocked me...
Finally, I understood they have poor HR management and have not perfect culture !!

The first contact is a short phone call with hr asking about your past and explaining a little about the company. Then they'll ask you to do a logic test and personality test, each taking 30 minutes. I did well in the test then they asked me to do a code challenge and I asked to postpone this, since I needed time to dedicate for my thesis. Once I had completed my thesis I checked if they still had the position still open they did. They had multiple positions still open. So I contacted the person I was in contact with there she did not respond. A week or two, I wrote that I will assume that she is not disposable so I will try contacting someone else in the company. She replied immediately saying she will get back to me in one or two days. Its been 3 weeks and no respond. I would expect some sort of respond especially after making me do an hour long test. I think its just normal decency to give a response. Its quite ironic because during the initial phone call she emphasised how important it is at Anyfin about being nice to your collogues.
It gets agitating after companies making you jump through so many hoops they can’t even be bothered to respond back.
My contact person in the interview process was Julia Ferntoft.
