I was offered by a recruiter via LinkedIn. Then I applied via their company website. The HR then scheduled an HR skype interview. After that, you'll get an email for another round interview with the one you'll be working with. Then after that, you'll get an email of rejection if you don't pass your test. Sadly they hate the idea of me having pursue a data scientist, I think because they only have 2 back-end developer so they didn't expect you to have room for grow, at least not in the near future.
