First phone interview was straight forwards questions about you and they will introduce their company's profile. Second phone interview was technical interview in which you would be asked about programming concepts. You have to know basic concepts of programming; if not, you cannot apply to any software development job. Last interview was Skype interview if you are not local to Washington DC. This interview you would talk to manager and your recruiters. If everything went well, expect the offer incoming in couple days.

Very easy process. Very easy coding questions and expect a bunch of oop, sql questions in the language u familiar with. The recruitment department sucks cuz they don’t care how many spots left, u might pass the interview and get CANCELLed
