Applied online and got response in two days. First HR will call and tell you about their program and few questions about your resume. The second round was online test about 5-6 questions on basic java and sql. Then the third round was skype call mostly java basics and some coding. I have answered call questions, I have no idea why they have rejected me. I also mailed them regarding the reason, no response from them.

As an ICC, the interview for this job is challenging. Although coding was relatively easy, many theoretical Java questions were asked in interviews, making it difficult. The passing rate(1st interview and eval) was about 50%-60%
The interview process was structured and clear, consisting of several rounds that tested both coding skills and understanding of fundamental concepts in my field. From the initial application to scheduling interviews and answering any questions I had, the HR personnel were prompt and clear in their communications. The company was quick to inform me of their decision after the final interview round, which I appreciated greatly.
