A phone interview is communication interview. Ask something basic question, such as graduation time, location, expected salary, etc. Also make an introduction about the company and their training.
A phone interview is technical interview. A lot of Java & Sql concepts.
A screening interview using Skype.
There is an OA where you would be asked simple javascript questions and an easy leetcode question. After that you get 2 weeks of training and there is an another interview
An initial video interview followed by 2-week training. After that there will an ending round interview. Overall, the process is not that bad. The training is ver intensive but more fun.

It has two rounds, except the HR phone call. Both have the technical part, first is OA, and the second is a technical interview. The difficulty is easy for the first round and average for the second.
