Video call on zoom. 2 people interviewing me. Was an OK interview but I never heard back from them on the outcome which I didn't really like. I emailed to follow up a few days later and received nothing back.

Entretien
I was contacted by HR shortly after applying and had a friendly, productive screening call. The next round with the hiring manager was also positive, and I was told I’d proceed to a technical assignment and a review session with them and someone from senior leadership.
While the assignment and final meeting went well, I didn’t hear back until I followed up myself—only to be told I wasn’t selected. The process began with strong communication but ended with a disappointing lack of follow-up after a time-intensive final round. A timely response would’ve made a big difference.

"Are all customers treated equally?"—specifically in the context of Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and how much attention different customers receive.
