Three rounds of interviews. All of them to understand the Experience and industry one has recruited in, it's a fairly easy process. Read your resume well. Read about your past experience well. Good luck to all.

The interview process was good. But they don't understand about your current pay structure and expect you to follow their pay structure and offer a pay which will be lower than what you are getting.
There is no fairness and they don't understand what you are saying.

I was invited directly by the MD. He seems experienced and versed in the business. His questions however were generic and passive. Didn't seem interested in my experience, kept yawning and wanted to know what kind of business I could bring in. It didn't feel much like an interview but more of him doing market research.
I wasn't too happy about the office either. To be honest, it didn't seem clean, smelt awful and the walls look like they haven't been painted ever since they moved in. It may be a good company with a great track record and solid business. However, I wouldn't work here.
