Kind of weird process. Was called in the evening and was asked whether could come in for an interview, not much information. When i got there it turned out I would be interviewed by two other people, not the Hr person who called. I later found out the two guys were the owner and a lead designer, nice guys. Questions were as expected for the role (fixture design) and towards the end i asked what the next step was and was told that i would hear within a week or two whether there was an offer, next interview, or that they would not be pursuing me. Never heard from them again though.
