Entretien
Interview started mid morning and lasted for a couple hours. The founding partners interviewed me separately. A lot of conversation about goals and desires. Discussions involving several different engineering topics. Some on-the-fly quiz questions about different topics, and a more formal quiz covering mechanics of materials and statics.
30 minute phone screen followed by on-site interview. Onsite interview was broken up for: 1 hour technical with two team members, 1 hour technical/experience based with one team member, 1 hour for cultural fit
