I participated in about 5 interviews total. They were all reasonable and based around actual day to day programming rather than leetcode. Conversations were good and the interviewers were collaborative. Things took a downturn for me when I was asked to provide references, but none of them were reached out to. A few days later I was asked to perform a 4-6 hour take-home project. I felt I did really well on it but received a rejection email with 0 feedback.
