Three Teams Interview; One with an employee in the purification department, Second with the CEO, and third with the COO.
On-site interview; expect to be there the whole entire day (9am - 5 pm) where you will have one-on-one meeting with each team member from each department. This will be on top of a 30 minute presentation that you have to give and a 15 minute Q&A afterwards.
The entire interview process was long and drawn out. Towards the end of the interview you run out of questions to ask them, and you just end up repeating the same thing over and over. During the on-site interview they make you feel like that they’re about to make you an offer but towards the end they inform you that they need to interview other candidates, and they won’t get back to you until many weeks later. I got my rejection email 3.5 weeks later. FYI even after you make it their LONG interview process you will still have to go through one LAST final interview again with the CEO.
My advice is keep applying elswhere and don’t pause or get hung up on this place, because their interviewing/hiring process takes an “eternity” and towards the end after all that waiting they will still reject you.
