Very bad leadership. Wasted the time and didnot take interview for the process they have called me for stating that the resume is not matching with the skillset they want during the interview. What were they doing before scheduling the interview. If they were that confident, they might have taken the interview and proved themselves right rather than being dillusional about their choices at late stage. The leaders at the top are lazy and pathetic.
