Long Interview Process. 7-8 total Interviews/Interviewees over 4-5 months. Long periods of not hearing back, but then getting an email for a follow-up interview. Then again, not hearing back for a month or so, and repeating the process. Generic email from the bank sent at end that candidate was not chosen. Recruiter should reach out personally to thank candidate for their time over the span of 4-5 months and the multitude of interviews, but that at this time they were not chosen to move forward. Instead of a generic computer generated email after the candidate has spent so much time and effort on the application and interview process.
