Interviewed for a Medical Affairs leadership position. Good people but big company with the usual delays/long process. Virtual interviews. Despite stated focus on situational type interviewing they didn't do much of that, which was a relief as I hate that stuff. Ultimately was told I was great fit but didn't have the most current knowledge in the therapeutic area and was asked to apply for another open leadership position instead. I declined to do it all again.
