The initial phone and team interviews at NuVolt (owned by Annexair) were professional. However, the in-person interview was disappointing. I prepared and gave a 40 minute presentation at their remote location, only to be told verbally at the end that they weren’t interviewing me for the posted position—just a vague mention that it might be for a future role. No written follow-up was provided.
