I will elaborata more on the aasesment day, which took place in Leuven. The assessment day started at 08:00 a.m. and ended at 17:00p.m. where the candiates participated in a consumer game where 4 people were grouped into a team and we had to convince a customer to sign a 3 year contract with us for a festival. There were 4 types of products so we had to evaluate the products according to target group, price etc. Then we had another group exercise with 16 people in groups of 4 competing with each other. Each member were assignment a role ( CEO, marketing, finance or CSR ) and had to work together to make decisions to increase market share, profits etc. Then there was an individual interview (strength-based), and a speeddate asking about firm history, how you would react to certain situations and summarising an article.
