I applied on line, started as a HR phone screen, and then 2 people interviewed me via Zoom, after that, final one is with the factory manager and HR director. The 2 people interviewed me, seems only follow up a question list to ask me, very mechanical. the job require engineer to work at least 2 weekend in one month, that's a bad sign of work-life balance.
