You have to submit an online application on their careers website with your resume, cover letter, and any other relevant docs. After submitting you are prompted to complete a quiz component to understand cultural fit. Afterwards, the team reaches out to schedule a zoom call.

Processus de recrutement en 5 étapes, au lieu de 4 comme prévu.
La femme responsable du resourcing support n'était pas professionnelle et a laissé ses émotions prendre le dessus durant notre échange. Elle se parlait toute seule au lieu d'être concentrée sur la discussion du feedback.
4-5 gesprekken op verschillende levels + case voorbereiden en presenteren. Vrij intensief en je moet veel kennen over het bedrijf (10 principes). Ook veel kennis hebben over hun huidige portfolio en buitenlandse merken.
