I applied online for the vacancy and got negative response after a few days. A while after my friend recommended me with the same CV for the same position and I got accepted for the interview. Not sure if they even check CVs if you apply online (my friend was hired via the agency). At the end I had 2 interviews for 2 different positions. The interviews were nice and friendly. The first interview was more open, but at the same time a bit hectic. The second interview was based on the list of the questions, from the perspective of the company's culture and company's values, super easy and nothing to worry about. Maybe would be good to read the PDF document they send you, before you got for the interview. Eventually, I got accepted. I made a mistake and didn't check the Glassdoor's reviews before going to the interviews, so I could not challenge the HR right on spot. But anyway, If you haven't check yet, the company has very low rating and the feedbacks are showing, that there is a lot of room for improvement. I wrote to the HR the message in the response was: they are aware of the "not so nice feedbacks", but they are not planning to do anything with it, so take it or leave it. That was a very honest reply and I am glad, that HR answered in that way so we didn't waste anyone's time, I new, that I will not work in such company and I didn't accept the job offer.
