Five rounds, first is culture test, next two are logical reasoning tests, the next is an hour long Skype interview and the last round is being flown out to St. Louis for on-site interview. The on-site interview lasts 45 minutes with 5 other candidates in the room. On total you have about 5 minutes to actually talk about yourself or answer questions they ask which is just ridiculous. They dont tell you prior to that the entire interview is just 45 minutes so I spent 5 hours just sitting in the airport waiting for my flight on the way back home. They don't offer any reimbursement for lyft rides to and from the airport nor meals at the airport (ending up spending $120 out of pocket for Lyft and food) . Honestly an overall terrible experience, seems like their HR department doesn't care about you. Unsure how a company is supposed to get to know you in 5 minutes in a room with other candidates when everyone is so nervous to begin with (a new environment for many of us). I would have expected much better from AB.
