3 steps I'm aware of. Initial phone call with HR -> in person with hiring manager and 20 minutes for written assessment or analytical test. Moved through initial phone screen and phone screen with hiring manager very quickly. Very junior hiring manager following a script of questions given by HR probably. Analytical test not linked to the job description. Had to follow up to HR by myself by email as the business partner was on holidays (?) and decline following steps.
