I would like to highlight a very uniquely unprofessional and annoying experience that I had with the recruitment team.
The interview was telephonic and the recruiter was extremely unprofessional and untrained in his job.
The call was frequently hindered by giggles and laughter amongst the people around him. He often spoke in a tone that was displeasing. This proves that the company is incompetent to hire and nurture well educated professionals who'd make a sound fitment rather have people without any basic etiquettes handle interviews.
This ultimately ruins the company's image and reputation in the public domain and more precisely among the talent pool.

It was really good and pleasant; the interviewers treated the candidate very well, every time the interview is completed, the candidate is well informed of the updates, the overall conduct of the Interview was good

The interviewers made me really comfortable. They have be time to think and answer well and the questions were also quite simple. They asked about inventory, accrual and managing a team and how eating would be managed.

Total 4 rounds of interview. First manager takes the interview then the director takes the interview and last round is with the outside India people and then salary negotiation starts.
