Several test (cultural, situational, phone call and assessment center)
During the assessment center we had one big case in goupe of 6 (each one had to present one project and we had to choose together). After we had a face-to-face interview. Several questions, some close to what I had during the phone cal, some not. After we had a casein group of two, which was quite easy, just had to propose a product, why, targeting who and so on. And finally we had a "speedating interview" in which we had to answer in questions in 4( seconds as "quote all the brands that you know, what is the history of ABI etc).

If you are leader of a team and the team does'nt perform well, what are you going to do ?
Initial application with games, Hirevue (asked about celebrities, rockstars and beer associations with them) then final panel with senior stakeholders. Be positive and know the beer industry decently well and you should be fine!

On campus group interview, asked tell me about yourself and then some field related questions open for group discussion. This was for an on campus internship opportunity. There were 3 panelists and they were looking at you how you spoke.

It was video record interview. Queastions were pre recorded. You have a 1 minute to think about your answers. And than you have to record your answer . It should better be video call or in person.
