Interview process took a few months, although it moves fast, there are many steps. Began with two separate assessments tests, a self-guided on-demand video interview, phone interview, video interview, then a group interview in St. Louis over two days. The group interview consisted of a social event where you had to network with other candidates and employees, a series of 7 rapid fire 1:1 interviews and a final panel interview between 5 top managers and 5 candidates.
