Took part this year at the GMT application process. The process can take up to several weeks, but depends how far you get obviously. The interview and the online tests just took a week First: step short interview at university with questions regarding CV. Second: Cultural fit test and after that two online quizzes. They checked for logical reasoning. For other steps I am still waiting to come up and editing afterwards.

First 3 weeks there were online questions: more rounds about the following topics: IQ, problem solving and personal skills. After I successfully passed there was a phone interview. I also asked about further process the interviewer mentioned that there are 3 more further rounds. After they evaluate the phone interview they will let me know the result by e-mail. The next round would be 1,5 hour long interview, than one round with the assessment center qand a final round with 3-4 other people in personal.
