There are different stages:
1) CV Screening
2) Online tests (3)
3) Phone interview: 20 min strength based questions and then a business case study to analyze in 30 min and give answers to the recruiter who will call back
4) Abi Day: Assessment centre, very long and with different stages from individual to business games
5) Final panel interview
Overall a good experience, need to be prepared for questions such as "Are you resilient? Creative? Innovative?". Long process , and you get to meet the Ab Inbev team only at the assessment centre , before it's a recruiting agency that evaluates if you fit with the company's culture and what they look for .
