Questions are simple and more interpersonal rather than professional but hard to tell if you're impressing the interviewer, I went for a second interview for a different position, this was a panel interview and more professional than the first but again it was hard to tell the engagement from the interviewers, felt like a few of them didn't want to be there

Entretien
It is not a lengthy process but it is all done online. The first is to complete an application which was not long then afterwards you then need to do a Psychometric Assessment. Within a week or so then received an email for an information session. There they will tell you about the company and you need listen carefully there. Once that is done, then it is followed by interview which was 45min. It is al behavioral questions so make sure you use the Star framework and answer quickly and concisely as you move between panels so you have only 5min per panel. Once that is done it will be followed by background checks and get an offer.

Entretien
Step 1: Odyssey Assessment
Step 2: Information session (after this you are given the option to continue to the interview or decline, this should give you a hint of how terrible their program is)
Step 3: Online interview comprised of 1-2 interviewers every 10 minutes, its a bit like speed dating.
Step 4: Contract offer
