I was selected for a video interview after passing the culture and logic tests. I scheduled the interview with the recruiter via the Montage platform. When it came time for the interview, i connected 10 minutes early as instructed and proceeded to wait the full time slot. Nobody every connected to interview me. I emailed the recruiter as well as ABinbev recruiting site to find the issue. No response was ever given. Totally unprofessional.
