J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Angi
Entretien
Had about 4-5 rounds for PM. Nothing that hard. What was weird was that I presented for my final interview based on a case prompt that I received. I'm pretty sure I did well in it but didn't receive any news afterwards. I was asked for my availability for a call 2 weeks after the interview which I provided. I didn't hear anything back / no call was scheduled. Super super weird - felt like they were asking me for my ideas and then potentially using them for new Angi product ideas/features (which is what the prompt was).
TLDR: got to final round, presented ideas back to interviewers, got ghosted after (no news about if I got offer or not). Super super weird company/interview process?
Standard call with recruiter then hiring manager and multiple rounds. It wasn't a really positive experience. It felt kind of like they were just trying to get innovative ideas from me

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Angi

Recruiter + hiring manager. All very standard questions about my experience and my prior product roles / launches. I dropped out of the interview process early so did not complete the final rounds
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Angi (New York, NY) en févr. 2024

The interview process was only 3 steps - recruiter call, hiring manager call, and then a take home project. The project requests that the candidate to solve a real-time company problem, poorly veiled with dummy data. I have spoken to many other candidates who also did this project, and the roles were never filled. This unpaid crowd sourcing is unethical, and shows that Angi does not value candidates.
