Applied online and got an email back the same day to setup a phone interview -- all was fine up to this point.
Had the phone interview, and they expressed interest in me doing a coding exercise -- all was fine up to this point.
Did code exercise (not too easy, not too hard) and sent it back -- no issues yet.
I then heard nothing back for about a week. I finally decided to email the person I had been in contact with, and I heard nothing back for another 4-5 days. Finally, I got a response saying that the person who made the decisions was on vacation and that if I didn't hear back by a certain day to email them again. On that day that I was to email them back, I got an automated email with a generic response about interests not aligning.
Ended up being a horrible experience because there was no communication.

Recruiter reached out after application. Process was okay. I actually had to follow up to learn I was not chosen. After submitting the coding challenge they seem to not even have the decency to let you know they received it. Overall, fair experience.
Thank you for your feedback, and I'm sorry you never received a response about your coding challenge or that you were no longer being considered. That's not typical, as we try to follow up on every step of the interview process, and I will follow up with your recruiter with this feedback. Thank you for helping us improve our process!
