I applied online via LinkedIn and was contacted within 3-5 days for an HR phone screen. The phone screen itself was a simple one, the rep gave me information about the company, the position, and the team. The rep then asked me resume based questions and questions pertaining to the role. The next day, I was asked for a technical phone screen by a member of the business intelligence team. The interviewer once again gave me information on the role, the company, the team, and what I would specifically be doing. There was a small test for competency in which I was asked questions related to the role I applied for. I answered them flawlessly and to the interviewer's satisfaction. A few days later, I was asked to come on-site for an interview. I interviewed with three people: one architect, and two project managers. The first interview with the architect was a technical one. I was engaged in some roleplaying in which I was an architect and the interviewer was a client. I stumbled a bit in the requirements gathering phase, but I managed to recover myself when the interviewer began testing my technical competency once again. The interviewer seemed satisfied and I then met with the two project managers separately. The two interviews were conversational in nature, not very technical. I applied being told that I was filling an immediate need. Post interview, I was assured by the project managers I would receive a response within 1-2 business days. It has since been a month and I've received virtually nothing. It takes 2-3 emails to finally get a response from my HR rep and even then, the responses fall along the lines of, "We will have an update for you soon." I then bluntly asked, "Am I still under consideration?" and the rep responded with a firm yes. Thus far, I've received no adequate responses with regards to my candidacy. The lack of respect, responses, and professionalism was astounding especially with someone that was that far along in the interview process. I do not recommend applying to this company.
