J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Anduril
Entretien
Recruiter screen was standard.
Interviewed by an engineering manager who asked a lot of product feature questions about my latest project.
He had a heavy accent and talked fast. Nice guy but when we got to the code the question was a bit weird.
I should have asked more clarifying questions but he encouraged me to start coding so I didn't ask as many questions as usual.
At around the 25 min mark he started speaking so fast and heavy accent, I honestly could not understand majority of what he was saying.
But he gave good hints and it was good 2 pointer coding practice.
Maybe will be useful practice for my onsites I am doing soon.
Also his reasons for joining Anduril were not great.

Had one interview, an hour long. Got asked to fix a data structure implementation (think tree or hashmap). It was pretty easy and chill. The interviewer was communicative and pleasant. Got a rejection after that.

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Anduril (Irvine, CA)
Entretien
2 phone rounds, onsite consisted of 4 rounds. 2 coding and 1 sys design and 1 behavioral.
Company is notorious for not reimbursing the expenses for onsite. Keep that in mind before interviewing. HR ghosted me when confronted.

Question 1
Number of islands,
Trajectories (binary search and simulation)
I did a preliminary interview and then a technical interview. They asked me about my experience and then in the technical interview we did an algorithm challenge. I thought they were relatively friendly.
