I only got through the first round of interviews, at first i was a bit skeptical as i wasn't sure if someone would call into the meeting, base on some of the things I had heard. The interview was pretty straight forward and felt like a conversation. I would call in ready with questions in regards to position expectations and they will want to know your base salary expectation.
