Submitted resume in a networking event. Applied through the university hiring website. Resume and cover letter were required. First round was a 30-minute on campus interview, second round was in office, two back-to-back 30-minute interviews.

phone call was easy with HR, mostly asked about myself, not much behavioral questions. why i chose the school i went to, pick out something from your resume, why anderson, etc.
Interviewers were very easy to talk to. It was super casual. Mostly talked about myself and prior experience. Even talked about college and why I chose the major I did.
