Generally a friendly interview experience. The interview focused more on personality than that technical knowledge. I met with a few partners and managers. It was more casual than other interviews.

The interview process consisted of four back to back interview sessions. Each interview session lasted thirty minutes. Following the interview sessions, there was an informal lunch with two SALT Associates during which I was encouraged to ask questions about the position/company.
