While we do make mistakes, and are sorry if your process slipped through the cracks, we’re actually having trouble validating that we dropped the ball in this particular case. Unfortunately, there are currently recruiters that are conducting fraudulent and unsanctioned phone screens on behalf of legitimate companies, and if this is what happened we regret that this abuse wasted your time.
