The process starts with an assessment test to measure your math/analytical knowledge. Then a series of phone conversations with the owner and finally a video interview with multiple people within the company. It's a very long and tedious process that honestly gets very frustrating. They lack organizational skills and a clear plan of who they want to hire and when they want to hire.
