The interview process began with a phone screen with the recruiter, followed by a second remote interview. Both initial conversations centered on my prior work experience.
The third round was conducted in person and lasted about 20 minutes. The interviewer provided minimal insight into their role, the position, or the expectations for the role. They appeared disengaged—at one point yawning during the discussion—and ended the meeting abruptly without any closing remarks or handshake, leaving the room immediately afterward.
