My experience with the recruitment process was excellent. Holly Baker, my main point of contact, was extremely helpful, an excellent communicator, very well organised, and a pleasure to work with. Co-ordinators Jane and Josh were great as well. The process was smooth, and there was consistency throughout, all my interviewers were well prepared, informed, and had a clear understanding of the role and the type of person they were seeking. I also participated in a pair programming exercise, which was well thought out and carefully planned. The company members involved were both supportive and eager to explore my abilities. My final interview with a director was very informative. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the process from start to finish.
