The interview process was quite straightforward, even though it had four stages. I had great support from the recruiter(Josh) at each stage. He shared helpful information about what each interview would involve and how to prepare. The stages included an initial call with the recruiter, a portfolio review with a lightning round, a live design task, and finally an interview with the director. While the process was extensive, it moved very quickly. There was a slight delay at one point, but I was informed immediately and things returned to running smoothly after that. The recruitment team was very swift with communication and updates, and they made the entire process, from interviews to offer, feel seamless and well-coordinated. I had a pleasant experience.
