I went in for F2F Interview well prepared for this position. Answered atleast 85% of the questions asked to me accurately. The Interviewer and I agreed upon my salary to be ₹30k inhand. I get a call 2 days later from HR asking about my last 3-month payslips which i sent within half an hour. A day after the HR calls me again and says “based on your interview” we can offer u a Trainee role on ₹15k for 6 months. There was no mention of the role being a Trainee role w their head during the Interview. No mention of the Trainee executive role when they asked me about my payslips too. Totally unethical to ask such personal information w void information and zero transparency. Advice to management: if you can’t pay a fair amount as per Industry standards, Atleast be honest, and don’t take advantage of candidate’s situations.
